About the company

The international law firm Beier and Partners was started in St.-Petersburg (Russia) by attorney Elena Beier. We also have representative office in USA (New York) and Germany (Freising).

Mrs. Beier holds a JD degree from the St.-Petersburg State University, Faculty of law, and LL.M. degree from Kiel University, Germany.

For many years Mrs. Beier advised Russian and foreign clients in St.-Petersburg, worked in such companies as Baker McKenzie, Juralink and the British Council, served as a foreign legal consultant of the Theresa Johnson Law Firm in Chicago. In 2003 Mrs. Beier worked on a Russia-EU related project at the European Parliament in Brussels.

Mrs. Beier is a member of the NY Bar Association (as a foreign lawyer), the Cultural Department of Chicago, the Broadway League and the Hermitage Museum Foundation in New York. Mrs. Beier speaks Russian, English, German languages, with basic knowledge of Italian and French.

All our lawyers are multi-lingual and have years of legal experience, a St.Petersburg State University diploma and/or diplomas from leading law schools abroad.

Our firm works in collaboration with licensed attorneys in the USA, and the EU, with consulates, Chambers of Commerce, and other organizations.
